Emotion Code Sessions

Individual & Family Therapy usually take twelve weeks to one year, depending on the concerns you want to address. We will check-in along the way to make sure our work together continues to be helpful and meaningful.

Emotion Code takes as long as needed to create the changes you wish to see. It usually takes 1-3 sessions to release the trapped emotions related to a single issue. The effects of energy healing may be felt immediately or noticed over time as your energy shifts. EFT tapping is also available during sessions.
